Had our first visit today. Great addition to the City of Tampa and its attractions. A bit of a trip from Spring Hill, but worth it and we will be returning ASAP. Tasted the nibbles at Zuku and had some ramen at Ichicoro's nice booth. Coffee at the coffee bar was excellent and service was good at all. Don't miss this place. Go now as it is sure to be mobbed in the future

Awesome place! Lots of options to eat and drink and a great waterfront location with a connection to the Riverwalk. Plenty of parking. I'm happy.
Not only a great addition to the Tampa restaurant scene but such a beautifully designed and restored building! Can't wait to spend more time trying out all the spots! Happy its OPEN!
