A few months ago, I went to Valley Hand and Plastic surgery to get information on a Rhinoplasty. I was an avid field hockey player as a kid, and I guess I took one too many stick to the face because I broke my nose multiple times. The breaks caused a huge bump as well as breathing problems, not to mention the horrific snoring. To make a long story short, Dr. Moncada did a fantastic job with my nose. I feel beautiful again! The bump is completely gone and I have no one to thank but him.
I am so grateful to have found Valley Hand. A girlfriend of mine recommended Dr. Moncada to me. She mentioned how great the office is and that I should at least make an appointment. I am so glad I did, do not want to reveal too much but Dr. Moncada truly has a gift!
One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Both the procedure and the recovery process were explained to me. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. It was really nice and professional of them to send me a whole bunch of informational material before my consultation. I was able to look through it, and find answers to all my questions before my actual appointment. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They offered plenty of financing options to work with my financial situation. I was able to pay for my procedure without any problems. Dr. Moncado is an incredible Plastic Surgeon! From the moment I first walked into Dr. Moncado's office, I knew I had made the right choice. All of the staff members were warm and welcoming. The doctor and his staff are honest, caring, and have an amazing amount of personal knowledge! I highly recommend them!

Dr. Moncada is an amazing surgeon! He genuinely cares about your thoughts and concern and how you look over all I had a great experience. The staff is great, very friendly and there when you need them! Surgery went great overall I would recommend Dr. Moncada to anyone. I had BA and I'm very happy so far a month post op and they look great !
Dr.Moncada was very thorough, professional and caring. This was my first visit and I was very comfortable with him as well as the office staff.
