Dr. Defex has been my doctor for some years now and he is a very good doctor. I must admit his staff in the waiting room are not friendly, but then again who is with a room full of crying children. Yes the waiting time is long but it is worth the wait. The doctor answers every question i ask and gives plenty of advice for my health care. I highly recomend this doctor.

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. i was loooking for medical doctor and they gave me mr. defex is name and number but i now regret it the staff is very unprofessional dont answer question do let you speak to the doctor or nurses and make you wait on the phone on hold for long periods of time i still havenvt got my exray results and ... read more
I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. Their staff was not really friendly at all at check out & would not ask the doctor the question about a medical leave form that my employer had requested stating they don't know me that well without asking the doctor. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they don't ask the doctor & that bother me, because they don't put him on the phone either.
