All of the folks at Armadillo have been great. They answer their phones (I know...but many companies don't), they are helpful, informative, and responded to our unique moving/storage issue with understanding and a high degree of professional integrity.
The team member Frank was helpful and was understanding of my slowness in completing the on-line application process. He understood that I am technologically challenged and was patient with me as we went through the documentation/rental forms. He is a credit to the Armadillo organization.
