Her comments were rude, inconsiderate and outright condescending. She did not recognize her offensive mannerism and apologized but without being earnest and obviously dismissive. My father passed away in the hospital during Covid and after a year we were unable to pay for his storage unit. When I went to claim whatever things I could fit into my small home, I was forced to sign and claim the bill. It ran me about $1300. Front desk is a kid who claimed to be the manager but soon admitted he’d been on 6 weeks. Requested corporate info and instead accused me of threatening him. Phone call’s recorded, young Skywalker
