Good idea of what a treatment program should be but they don't measure up to it. Only a few clinical staff care the rest are there for a paycheck. Gossiping is another issue among staff. Staff can be rude, judgemental, considering, and inconsiderate. They only care if you go to group so they can get paid. Same with housing only a few care. Staff will make fun of you and make jokes about you. No professionalism whatsoever. Don't go to armada.
