Gentry the property manager is the only saving grace for this armpit of an apartment complex. Asbestos in the ceilings, we got one filter change in the almost 2 years of living there, every door is at least 20 years old and needs replacing, HVAC system vents have never been cleaned (developed a terrible cough 2 weeks into living there. I have been in the Lakemont Apartments for a little over 2 years and I couldn’t be happier. The maintenance staff is lightning fast, capable, and genuinely cares. Our property manager Gentry is simply outstanding. Between the friendly neighbors and the staff I feel like I live in a tiny slice of Heaven. I have lived in Loveland for 42 years and I assure you: All the love is in Loveland. When I first moved in I had major surgery and my new neighbors made enough food to feed me and my kids for 5 days.
