Been staying at this hotel since it opened. Oscar and Pedro at the front desk make it feel like home
What a perfect hotel. Amazing staff. Great value. Facilities are flawless. Restaurant and bar downstairs and pool and bar at rooftop. Rooms are ample without being huge or having dead spaces. If anything I wished a working desk, but I can live without. Rooftop pool and bar are amazing. Not tiny and w 360 views of the city. Location is also amazing. We stayed at the Arlo Wynwood this past weekend and we were quite pleased. The rooms are nice and spacious and the staff was very accommodating. The added benefits they give for Florida residents (including the very late checkout) is nice as well. My biggest complaints (and what kept me from giving 5 stars) are 1) free parking and free $15 credit towards food/drink are not really free when you are being charged an "Urban Tax" which is a scam and 2) The bill at the end is insanely complicated which left me completely unsure o... read more
