Assistant Manager Nicole spams my email WEEKLY about renters insurance, while the property has had non-functioning elevators for over 3 months. The Luxer One package system has been down for about a month, and floors 1–4 are STILL damaged from a water leak that happened… January/February? Then there’s valet trash. They come BEFORE the 8 PM cutoff, don’t pick up the trash, and then residents get hit with a $25 fine for having trash outside because it wasn’t picked up. Make it make sense. My wife and I recently moved into Arlo Westchase, and our experience with the management team—especially Nicole Hart—has been great. Nicole has been such a ray of sunshine since joining the Arlo Westchase team. Her responsiveness and willingness to listen have made a noticeable difference—calls are answered more consistently, and my requests feel heard and thoughtfully considered. She is flexible, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping residents. We’re very fortunate to have her as our Assistant Property Manager, and I truly appreciate the positive impact she has made in such a short time.
Its been a great experience since the first time i came in, first i toured with nicole and second time with charles. He helped me do my application from begining to end. Now its been 1 week and have no complains so far. Everyone is nice and love the community. Highly recomended.
