It is regrettable that we must publicly address this company's failure to uphold integrity and accountability towards its vendors, creditors, and community partners. As noted by others, we have outstanding invoices that this company continues to ignore, employing stall tactics to avoid payment. This behavior includes both senior management and on-site staff. I have been a resident of this community for over four years, which is why it is especially disappointing to write this review. Unfortunately, management has never been a strong point of this property, and my most recent experience reinforced many of the concerns I have had throughout my tenancy.
