Although NYC was on lockdown and my flights canceled due to Covid 19. I was denied a refund for the cancellation of my stay at Arlo SoHo on 3/20/2020. I cancelled well in advance. Rest assured neither Hotwire nor this hotel will ever get my business again.
Recommendedvery nice hotel with a very sweet team ! the location is perfect to discover Manhattan and the room are quiet. the rooftop bar is awesome even during winter. The lobbie is so warm it feels like home ! Thank to the team for being so nice to us !
