Enjoyed living here.
Well my dog was shot just going to the bathroom outside and nobody was concerned or cared. Theresa constantly harasses you the first couple years you live there so be prepared. Many agree with that statement. If you ever want the owners number the office won’t give it to you (but they aren’t hiding a thing). Theresa is THE most unprofessional person I have sadly met. I won't recommend this place not to one single person because all the a******'s that living here don't do the speed limit and it's just a matter time before somebody gets hurt especially a kid and guess whose heads is going to be on not just the drivers it'll be on the management and the property owners for not taken action when they've been turned it

this is a great trailer park to love in. its nice and quite and there isnt any ignorant people running around shooting each other over stupid stuff. this trailer park is just the right distance from the city, not so far away tht it takes you an hour to get into town, but not so close that you have to worry about all that stupid stuff that goes on in the city. its also conviently located less then a football field from not only a gas station but a decent sized grocery store (e&a). all in all its a good place to live and the n... read more
My husband and I have been loving it here! Far more quiet than we had imagined and the neighborhood is warm and friendly. We have been making great friends the Staff has been so kind. When comparing costs, we really couldn't imagine living in a stick built home again. Absolutely LOVE our new Community <3
I love living here I think it's a great Park and all of you that's complaining, there's plenty of parks in Muskegon that you can go to that are more expensive. I know one that's a lot cheaper but it's a junk yard to live there. and what you all say about Teresa she's been very good to us in our time of need I don't know what you're all talking about.
they are all about money and not into taking care of their property or their trees
We LOVE Arlington Woods and expect to live out the rest of our lives here. The park is well maintained and the new club house is beautiful!
