The salesperson was niceish, seemed trained to do sales. They did order the flooring, but the builder didn't use them to install the flooring. 🤔 Tile ordering was tedious you wondered if they wanted to do business. After so much waiting, decided to go another way. Ordered my own tile online. And instead of three to four months wait for their materials, installed in less than two weeks by a local tile company during holiday times.

Took a blind in to get restrung. Hopefully it will be back soon. This is a edit. Blind came back and was fixed perfectly. LOVE my top down bottom up blinds.
