Great place to live. Swimming pool very close to the downtown area.
I have lived here several years and really like it. The current office staff are the best they’ve had, so I hope they stay a long time. Avery has always been a pleasure to talk to and other staff have been incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive. I agree with all the positive attributes other reviewers discussed. We lived here for two years while working at UF, and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, especially Avery, who is incredibly kind and sweet, and truly makes any morning better. Ryan too, the manager, was also respectful, understanding, and helpful! While living there they were replacing the whole sprinkler systems and we had guys working on our apartment for several days over the period of weeks.
