I haven’t rented an apartment here, but everyone has been so great! I have been given great information and so much more. If I need an apartment in the future, I will definitely consider Arlington Square.
Great place to live. Swimming pool very close to the downtown area.
I have lived here several years and really like it. The current office staff are the best they’ve had, so I hope they stay a long time. Avery has always been a pleasure to talk to and other staff have been incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive. I agree with all the positive attributes other reviewers discussed. I like this apartment complex and I like the staff. They’ve made many improvement like cleaning up the pool area and prompt help from the maintenance team.
