Front office personnel have been very kind and helpful.
My time living here (2 years) has felt moderately unsafe. There are no surveillance cameras at any of the entrances/exits of the unlocked "gated" apartments. You would think you can keep your bike at the bike racks, but no, someone will steal your locked (through the tires and frame and around the rack) bike. Their resolution to this complaint/information was not to put up cameras, but to put a sign up in the laundry room alerting people to lock personal items inside as the property is not responsible for them.
