Worst experience I have ever had with a florist. Simply horrible service, the rudest, nastiest retail business people I have ever experienced. The flowers NEVER did get delivered. They lied and lied and lied. The owner was despicably nasty. Completely unprofessional. A disgrace. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I am astounded they are still in business. There are 3 other florist in the Arlington, TN area, select any one of these instead.
