Jesse came recommended by a friend who said he buys houses. From the initial contact and throughout the entire ordeal of selling my house, my experience working with him was outstanding and delightful. I had a bad feeling about mold in our shower, so I called Jesse and left a voicemail. He called me back very quickly and stopped by to give me an estimate. It was much better than a previous "bathroom remodel" (overpriced sales based) company had quoted me. He had the job started three days later. It was a small job, so or was completed and cleaned up within a few hours. I am so glad I called API for a second opinion. I now know who I'm calling when we want to handle the full remodel.
