We had a great experience working with API! Jesse was incredibly patient in answering all of our questions and provided honest, thoughtful feedback that helped us make the best decisions possible for our project. Our project manager, David, was also fantastic. He was responsive, dependable, and attentive throughout every step of the process, which made the entire experience feel smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate the level of service we received and will definitely be contacting API again for future projects!

I needed a remodel due to water damage. Living room, dining room, half bathroom, and kitchen. I needed new insulation and drywall, baseboards, flooring, and an entire kitchen (custom cabinets, counter tops, and tile backsplash) I also had another bathroom entirely redone. We had an area of flooring at our back door that moved when stepping on it. Our foundation company was concerned that an addition possibly done before we bought the house was splitting. Jesse came out and in examining the area, suggested an engineer evaluate it because he noticed the chimney was leaning slightly. Great call!! We got engineer recommendations and foundation company was able to add support to the chimney area. Jesse came again to look at floor and give us a bid on repairs to concrete inside and outside.
