Bad service coupled with a bad attitude. They charged me an $80 "diagnostic fee" (refundable if the service is a warranty repair), checked out a few things, but absolutely refused to even look into the main issue I brought the mower in for. They said it's all fine, and that I should take the mower somewhere else if I'm not happy with their findings. Soon, this turned into an even bigger problem. RecommendedWas shopping around for a echo 2620t and found this place was unsure at first about them but placed my order anyways because the price and shipping they had couldn't be beat from what I found. I accidentally put the wrong shipping address on the order and had that fixed in a simple and pleasant 5min phone call. Asked about if they needed a signature or anything upon delivery they answered that question and popped in a status update as well. The processing and shipping was fast. I will be using them again in the future.
Been going here for at least 5 years. Great all around regarding service and equipment. Their recommendations regarding how to winterize/summmerize is top notch. I have all my equipment serviced there: mower, blower, and snow blower. Well done all around as usual. Up front no worries service and approach
Arlington Power Equipment was excellent! Their customer service was knowledgeable, friendly, and they quickly diagnosed the issue with my mower. They fixed it up quickly and at a great price. I highly recommend them.
They provided an estimate of $197 to replace the carburetor, complete a tune up, etc. to repair a power washer. Unfortunately, they do not guarantee and or work on the pumps on a power washer. They will only replace the pumps. So you could have the engine repaired and still not be able to use the power washer. A few lessons learned. Receive in writing a 100% guarantee the equipment will work (i.e power washer pressure works) before agreeing to the service. They have you sign and give a $40 deposit for the diagnosis. On 7.27.2020, Mr. Andrew brought in a TroyBilt pressure washer to our Service Dept. counter. This was the same pressure washer that we were asked to work on, and was repaired, picked up, and signed for by Mr. Andrew on 7.26.2019. Arlington Power Equipment has a 90 day labor warranty on repairs that we have performed. The invoice clearly states that we gave the engine a tune up, and tested that unit to find that the customers pressure washer wand had a leak in it and needed to be replaced. Purchased a piece of equipment. Found out after that they signed me up for a lease through Time Payment Corp. Nothing was mentioned about a lease. I'm just screwed but have learned a lesson from dealing with companies like this. this equipment will cost me double in the long run. oh by the way stay away from anything associated with Time Payment. They add all sorts of fees to your account and neglect to tell you anything. i had replaced a credit card around the time they take out my payment. This caused a $20 late charge wit... read more
