Called trying to see if they had a carburetor for my lawn mower. Was told I needed the engine serial number. Called back the next day and spoke to someone different and they just asked for the mower’s part number. Was told that they had one in stock (didn’t need the serial number this time?). I asked if they could check to see if they physically had it as I was planning to drive down and pick it up today and was put on hold for around 20 minutes. This review is long overdue (my apologies). Arlington Power Equipment did an amazing job on our old snow blower. It looks brand new and works better than it has in years. They provide good communication, are friendly, quick and reasonably priced. They even provided the old parts in a bag. We'll definitely be back. Thanks!

Fantastic people. Authorized Havsquarna repair shop. Got my backpack blower fixed in 2 days. Covered under warranty. Works perfect. Brad was the sales associate. Very pleasant and respectful and another fella even brought it out right to my car. Will definitely be again. Thank you guys.
