While there was a possibility that the item I received may have been previously returned, the way the situation was handled made all the difference. This review is long overdue (my apologies). Arlington Power Equipment did an amazing job on our old snow blower. It looks brand new and works better than it has in years. They provide good communication, are friendly, quick and reasonably priced. They even provided the old parts in a bag. We'll definitely be back. Thanks!
Purchased a mcLane edger. A high end product. It was defective. Communicated with Arlington who indicated it was the manufacturers issue. McLane said it was Arlingtons issue as they sold it to me. Zero response from either when I questioned who would stand behind the product. So I made an $800 purchase and the product does not work as designed. No return authorization. No communication. I’m a very dissatisfied customer.
I ordered some lawnmower wheels. After 4 weeks and still not getting them i called them. They said they're on backorder. Why would you sell something if you don't have it to sell. They're as sharp as a bowling ball. Don't waste your time, get it somewhere else.
