I am currently living at Arlington Park and am extremely unhappy. I believe from the beginning I was moved into an unfit apartment with horrible living conditions. From the beginning , the kitchen was never cleaned nor appliances fixed. The stove, fridge, and microwave all take turns going out and were never replaced. This means that I come home and my food is all bad because my refrigerator stopping working during the day or night on different occasions. I have lived in this apartment complex since July of 2012. When I moved in management was fantastic, friendly and I never had an issue with them. Management has now changed as of May 2013 and can I just say ABSOLUTELY RUDE, GHETTO and I will be filing a claim with the BBB about them. Unfortunately in May I was going to be 7 days late on my rent due to an unforseen event, and I sent over a payment authorization form to my management to assure the rent would be paid on the scheduled date with no hiccups, in this time frame I w... read more
I currently live here as of Feb 2013 - The staff are nice (but that changes after you sign your contract). Management is HORRIBLE. The first week that I moved in I saw ROACHES. They have sprayed and I have not had a problem since, but still...who wants to deal with that? I have been unable to get my mailbox fixed for 9 days. They "fixed it" four different times and my key still will not turn in the mailbox. That is the type of service you can expect. Every issue comes with an excuse. Great Place To Live! – I have lived here for 2 years and will more than likely be signing a new lease unless I get transferred for my job. The office staff is great at responding to any issues I have with my surrounding neighbors and maintenence fixes my problems as soon as they can. My boyfriend attends Life University and Arlington is close by and reasonably priced. I work right across the way so I could even walk to work if I wanted to, but it's Atlanta and it's way too hot to do that! Highly recommended!
awful a terrible experience, management is "sweet" and make promises but it is just to get you off the phone
