If anyone is looking for apartments to rent... Do NOT go to Arlington Park Apartments. I didn’t believe the reviews (bc people can just be difficult people, or crazy at times). When they say that they try to charge you outrageous fees and have no proof of what they are charging you for when you move out BELIEVE THEM. I’m so angry. Not to mention that a person who worked in the front office lived across from us and did drugs the entire time. The property manager is rude and not even friendly. No organization at the office one person told us we could pay rent by the 6th at 10 am and another told us we were late. The apartments are nice but that’s as far as it goes . And just found out if you have pets pest control will not come in your apartment even though your paying for it .
I just moved in last month and it looks like a 5 yr old painted the walls! There is overspray on the kitchen floor! Paint on carpet, overspray on the ceiling , they painted over SOME of the outlets and light switches! TACKY ! There are rattle snakes outside our patio and the apt. Manager said that was nature and they couldnt do anything cause of the dogs !! Hhhmmmm ! So dogs are more important ? I don’t know what is up with these horrible reviews. I live in a one-bedroom. When I need maintenance, they are quick and efficient. I never get asked a bunch of questions about why I need maintenance. Also, my rent is reasonable. I pay on time. I do my duty as a resident and they do theirs as my landlord. It’s a good situation here. I’ve lived in other places too, and Arlington is by far the best one I’ve lived at.
