My sister lives here. The maintenance is friendly and the interior and exterior of the homes are so-so. Not really space to park for guests, but its not infested with bugs either. Clean somewhat spacious inside, overall decent living. I'd apply to live in this complex.
Been having problems with roaches, bad neighbors, and Pete the land lord says he doesn’t care when asked to handle anything that’s good or bad for the neighborhood. I've been renting a home in Arlington Oaks for 3+ years. We love it here! The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The neighbors are friendly. The community even has a pool! But, Mrs. Rose and Mrs. Nancy are Godsends. They are wonderful landlords. They are professional but extremely empathetic to others needs. I had the privilege of living at Arlington for over two years. The only reason I moved was because I was relocating for work. The owners are professional and caring. The maintenance guys are outstanding and always around to help. The ownership does an outstanding job of only accepting qualified applicants who won’t cause issues. If you’re looking for a quiet, family friendly atmosphere, look no further.
