I came in to the dealership with a friend who wanted to see the new 2014 rogue. She had purchased a 2013 rogue from that dealership less than one year ago and wanted to see the changes and if she could get the new one because she wanted more features. Excellent! Informative and helpful, no pressure to purchase but helpful when information requested. A stress-free car purchase. Both sales assistants were equally competent, financial assistance efficient and rapid, problem with battery dealt with by service department.
Luther was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and various options. We were able to discuss the pros and cons of each vehicle in detail. Luther was very friendly, not pushy. He did not try to sell me a car a did not want. He tried to help me find the right vehicle for me and my family. Luther was very personable. I believe I was treated fairly.
This plase is the best! I came and trade my previous car and they took care of it so nicely that i was really happy! More over the new car i got is really awesome! Milege is incomparable!
