Awesome, we were trying to replace our Nissan Altima with a Honda Accord but Luther managed to keep us with Nissan. We are glad with the transaction, the car has a minor issue but we will bring it to the dealer today. No big deal.

Tim is great. Serge, however, is not. I originally made an appointment to talk to Sergeo or Serge whatever about NV200 at 6:30PM. I show up to dealership at 6:20PM and front desk said Serge left for the day. Oh well, Tim got the commission so it's all good.

I had a great experience buying my third new car from Arlington Nissan and want to say thanks to Tim (Sales), Chris (Finance), and Gene (GM). This was no-hassle purchase from test drive to write up of car cost to financing. Staff was very attentive to my comments and concerns. Thanks!

Every one was very nice. It was quite a nice experience for buying a new car. There was no excessive pressure by anyone to make my decision. they gave me my time to think over my decision. Chris even introduced me to the service manager, because this is my 4th Pathfinder. All three of my previous Pathfinders were serviced at Woodfield Nissan. I have always received excellent service from them. I am hoping my service experience with your service department will be just as good.

Luther and the team were very easy to work with and were ready to assist in answering my questions. The dealership was busy when I was there but they did a great job providing outstanding customer service and were able to get me into my new XTerra. Great job all around! The follow up service was outstanding as well.

Nice. Mary was very polite, respectful and understanding of my decision making process. (My choices in a vehicle were like comparing apples to oranges.) I understand that it is a business and that sales tactics are needed by the dealer. There was some of that, but not so much that made me uncomfortable. If there was I would have walked out. R.J. was equally as understanding.

Mary was very customer service oriented and quite knowledgeable about the Rogue, which I purchased. She had everything ready to go when I was finished with the financing matters, and even offered to follow me home in my other car (I ended up leaving it for an oil change). I was very pleased with my purchasing experience!
