I have nothing but positive things to say about the team at Heights Dental Gallery. LOVE Dr. Tejani and her team - friendly, talented, professional. They always make me feel welcome and treat me as a valued patient, and totally take away any nervousness about going to the dentist. Lovely office and the warm neck wraps are a wonderful treat on cold winter days!
Office is clean and modern. The office manager was extremely polite and friendly. Michelle did a wonderful job cleaning. She took the extra time to make me feel comfortable and explain every detail. Dr Tejani is pleasant, full of energy, and very knowledgeable. She even noticed an abnormality in one of my molars that no other dentist even noticed or failed to mention. And I've been to a lot! Needless to say I'll be returning to The Heights for my next dental visit.
I got caught in traffic on my way from work to my appointment - which had already been scheduled to accommodate my schedule better. I was 30 minutes late and called to tell the office I was running behind. I never received anything but politeness and great service from the scheduler, staff, and Dr. Tejani. They are always prompt and very thorough and my anxieties about the dentist has decreased significantly after deciding to receive my care here. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Tejani!
The friendly staff always makes me feel welcomed. Flexible office hours makes it easy to schedule my appointment and change it if I need to. The location is perfect. There are plenty of free parking, local shops & restaurants all around in walking distance. The Jewel Foods store and Arlington Heights Metra train station is just across the street which makes it extremely convenient for those who commute into the Chicago. Needed an appointment at the last minute. Got in the next afternoon. Good discussion about options. Dr. Tejani always spends time with me, never makes me feel rushed, answers all my questions.
It always a great experience coming in, I feel welcomed and the service is the best.
Had my cleaning and everything went smoothly. A very friendly and informative group of people. Didn't feel like going today but glad I did!
Although I am only at the office a few times per year, everyone always remembers who I am. The staff is always smiling and everything is always spotless in the office. I've been a patient of Dr.Tejani for over 10 years and have always felt she is has the best interest of the patient at heart.
Had some fillings done. No pain involved & was finished sooner than anticipated. All the staff was friendly & caring.
