The Heights is simply the best! If you need a dentist, this is the place to go. Every experience I’ve had there, and I needed a lot of dental work when I started going to The Heights, is outstanding. They take care of you, they know what you need to feel comfortable during your appointment, they communicate with you throughout the cleaning, and explain everything they are doing. I can not recommend them enough!
I was initially concerned about accepting this appointment. The covid protocol was all set up. I called from the parking lot & then ushered into an empty office. My temperature was taken & I was given an antiseptic oral rinse. Dr. & tech were masked, gloved & gowned. The procedure went smoothly,as I settled in trying to relax.
