I recently switched vets due some unfortunate events. Visiting a new vet was nerve wrecking alone and I knew my 14 year old best friend, Miss Jazzy, was taking a turn for the worse and it was only a matter of time before I'd have to let her go. I must say though, Dr. Boss, Annie and the entire staff at Arlington Heights were perfect for my imperfect situation. I feel confident she will be with me along the way, showing support and helping me make the best decisions for my best friend.
I was referred to Dr Billy & Dr Jimmy 9 years ago upon moving to Fort Worth. Dr Jimmy is now at the helm and navigates all issues with visible love, compassion and tenderness. I took Mona and my new foster in today and remain in awe. Take your pets to him, sit back and watch him interact. This is what great doctoring loos like!
My dog is almost 14 now and has been going to AH for the majority of his life and he is about healthy as he can be. All his grooming and health services are completed here and it’s really convenient that they basically have a hotel, grooming and hospital for pets in one location. The Davis family and Dr. Walker seriously act as if your pets are their own and will continue to be the only provider for my pup.
I've always been impressed with the care they've given our dogs on routine check ups, but this week they blew me away. This week I had to put my dog under for surgery after he ate our kitchen rug. I couldn't be more impressed with the care for our dogs well being. I got 3 daily updates on his progress and our big guy came home in great shape. There were also no surprises on billing either, the price I was told is exactly what I paid. I'd highly recommend them to anybody for their pet care.
