I brought my dog, Beau, here for the first time a few weeks ago to update his shots. He had recently been diagnosed with osteoarthritis by his previous vet. He has been in pain off and on and in and out of the emergency vet for the past few months because of it. At our first visit, Dr. Boss sent home an arthritis packet for me to review so we could find the best long-term treatment for Beau. Great clinic! Dr Boss is awesome and takes great care of my Bilko(bearded dragon). A few of the techs cruise around the clinic with him on their shoulder and he loves the attention lol
Dr. Boss and the staff were so kind and compassionate as we had to make the tough decision today to say goodbye to our sweet Truman. She explained how his health had drastically changed and what possible treatment there was and how his heart most likely wouldn't survive it. She helped us understand that the kindest thing to do was to let him go before he started suffering. She stayed quietly in the room as I held my sweet boy and sobbed. Kind, friendly staff who care about your pet. My dog is 15 and with previous vet/boarding was on 4 medications and the age was showing. We now are off all meds, getting laser therapy and my guy is thriving! Thank you!
Dr Lauren is the best veterinarian ever! I wouldn’t trust my babies with anyone else. The staff is outstanding & always friendly & helpful.
