I was checking to see about the rent.
I have been super interested in renting an apartment. I applied, even got a call about approval and was informed to email in order to set up an appointment to fill out paperwork. I have called and emailed almost every single day for 3 weeks straight. I am disappointed in the lack of response. My interest has definitely declined. I think this apartment complex holds a lot of opportunities; however, when management does not answer the phone, it becomes difficult to have any hope. Beautiful place as seen from the office building that no one ever seems to be in during their "open" hours drove there twice. Called over 20 times emailed a dozen times. Even called another woda managment aparment and they stated yeah she is rarely there but will email her and i should recieve a call or something in the next day or so. Don’t waste your time. The last application I did was 2019 and had done several before then and still to this day have never heard anything. Not a call, text, or email. I did try to reach out several times and even tried to stop by the office a few times and no one was ever there. This was in 2019 so it could be different but I don’t imagine so.
