In my 60s and have been to many different dentists. Not only is the care and service top notch, the doc an absolutely fantastic dentist but also a good and humble man who, after my visits, have come to admire greatly. I've finally found my dental home!!!!!
I wanted to wait until everything was done with my crown before I left a review. From the start I was astonished with not feeling any pain during the removal of the old crown including getting the numbing shots. I barely felt anything. I’ve never had that from any dentist prior to Dr. Flores and her team. Then today when I got my permanent crown I was shocked that I wasn’t numbed up for it, just a tiny bit of momentary discomfort when they removed the temporary crown. My first experience with Dr. Ellie was excellent. From her explanation of what was causing my tooth pain to her recommend treatment and then the treatment itself. A completely pain-free procedure, including the anesthesia - WOW! Dr. Ellie’s assistant, Letty, was also excellent and the two of them worked completely in sync. Well done!
