Me and my family are coming to thus office for cleaning very professional staff great quality work
Dr. Shaddel says his work is perfect. I was lucky my bridge lasted 11 years because he says he doesn't do metal posts (ie. implants); no one does. He said some he placed came out in only 2 or 3 years. My bridge wasn't fully seated because he used gauze to block the glue from spreading that was too large. He didn't notice when he did it, and when the work gave out he wouldn't admit that it wasn't in all the way like my crown was, leaving the base of the post exposed, but not enough to get a toothbrush in between the crown and... read more
Receptionist is RUDE, and when you need to cancel or reschedule she’ll have an attitude and try to talk to you some type of way. She literally lost my money and services. The doctor can thank her for that. I’ll never go back to them!!
I had a crown placed on my tooth last year by Dr. Shaddel. Last week, when I was drinking water it fell off. I called them and made an appointment. When I was there they took no responsibility for what had happened. They did not even treat me and the lady at the reception was very aggressive with me for no reason. Instead of treating my tooth they blamed me for what had happned. And the doctor accused me of lying about when the crown fell off, insisting that it had fallen off a month ago. This is the most unprofessional dentist I’ve seen in my life. The crown Dr. Shaddel put on my wife’s tooth fell off last week while she was drinking water upon which she made an appointment to have it checked. Not only did he not take any responsibility, he accused my wife of lying because he believed the crown had fallen off a month ago.
