This practice came highly recommended by a friend and a coworker. On my first visit I confirmed that this is a great practice. The staff is very welcoming and attentive, they remember people's names and who they are. The hygienist took the time to explain all the procedures to me, and made time for me to ask all the questions I had, to which she answered in a very professional manner. Top Notch Dental Practice! I had a wonderful experience at Arlington Family Dental Center. Starting with the receptionist, everyone was very helpful and supportive of my dental needs. Liz was definitely the best dental hygienist I've ever had. She was thorough in both explaining the procedures as well as what I needed to be doing at home. She allayed my fears and concerns and showed me that my teeth aren't nearly as bad as I thought! Dr. Ozturk was also extremely helpful and understanding. Quick and thorough dental cleaning Liz was wonderful - explained everything to me as she did it, was meticulous but also very polite and pleasant.
Both the dental hygienist and my doctor were extremely thorough, taking the time to explain xrays, different cleaning techniques, and even small things like flossing. I’ve never felt so comfortable and informed at a dental cleaning!
Very good service. Although quite early to say so, I feel I have seen enough to rate it. Nobody's perfect and the imperfections seem to be negligible
For the past few months I've had a toothache that was coming and going for weeks before returning again to the point it was an unbearable pain. I was recommended this place my parents. They told me that it wouldn't be like an auto mechanic type of experience. I found that out in person they did indeed treat me for exactly what I needed and nothing more which I didn't need. Awesome! Great service from the staff and an exceptionally clean facility. I was very impressed. I definitely commend and recommend this office.
Great dentist and staff. Not pushy at all and made me feel very comfortable.
