Does this provider welcome questions? Not at all. They ignored my questions Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help Did this dentist answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They try not to, but sometimes it happens. Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes

They are compassionate and professional and even call me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. Due to lack of dental care as a child, I need extensive work done now. I chose Arlington Dental Associates based on friends' recommendations and my own research about this office. When I leave my appointments, I am never in pain and I know their primary concern is my safety and comfort. Horrible experience. Brought my daughters there for a cleaning. had already gotten 4 sealants a few months earlier... the ones that were covered by insurance. That is all we wanted. This was just their cleaning. The "office manager" came out to waiting room, small talked with me, put a clipboard in front of me to sign, while still talking with me. I told her I couldn't see it (the print was extremely small) and my glasses were in the car. and she told me not to worry.. it was just "to submit to insurance." I have since learn... read more

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Some were answered Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance!
