We called before hand and let them know we would be there right before closing, and were assured that they would wait so we could pay for camera rental for the weekend. However, they saw my husband and locked door prior to their closing time. My husband drove 45 min to get there! Customer service has been hit and miss for years, but tonight just reinforced that they are not interested in assisting us. We will never use them again and advise others to avoid them. Very professional and friendly customer service. Rental fee is affordable. I have rented from them a few times and Will definitely rent from them again in the future and will recommend them to anyone I know.

WITHOUT A DOUBT , THE BEST CAMERA STORE IN THE SOUTHWEST. Been to all the camera stores in the metroplex , stop wasting your money going to rest of them . ARLINGTON CAMERA is by far the best.
