I think the staff at Arlington Camera is awesome. Would not even consider going anywhere else to purchase my equipment. They are extremely helpful. I have even called them when I was on vacation in another state to get help when I’ve had problem with my camera and they were more than happy to assist me. That is what I call excellent customer service.
Best customer service i have ever received. I lost some important files and they got them all back for me within 24 hours. It felt like i was family and that my issue was their issue. Highly recommend!!! I will be returning for all future photography needs!
I had a great conversation regarding speed flashes which was enlightening; as well as attended a lighting class for Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep. I got there just prior to closing and before the class so I did not have time to peruse but I will definitely return to look for future gear.
