Made an appointment to have tires, alignment, inspection and oil change. Confirmed the appointment on a Friday. Dropped the car off on a Sunday as we were told at 9am. Arlington tire said to come and get the car at 3 because they close at 4. Guess what, go to pick up the car and it is still in the same spot when we left it! Hmmmm not good, NOTHING was done to the car, NOTHING! No explanation, no sorry, just "Oh looks like nothing was done to your car". NOW they want to run out and take care of the car? Be careful with their trickery the advertising of 19.99 oil change is just for the oil they add on $15 more for labor they are true crooks I should have known better than to ever go back after last time they gave me a $600 repair estimate on my car another shop fixed it for $100 Arlington auto seems to be more focused on hustling an extra buck than being good mechanics
