I had work done on my van on 6/21 which ended up costing me $800.00. Yes they worked with me and what I could afford. I waited 8 hours in the shop that day. 2 months later I am sitting back at the same shop spending another $370.00 to fix half of the issue from last time. Took my car in for a quick inspection. Was told I needed a driver’s side tie rod, wasn’t even told WHICH tie rod (inner or outer), as well as an alignment. I knew this was wrong as I literally just replaced the entire steering rack with the tie rods on my car as well as got an alignment done, two weeks beforehand. The technician? My father, who is a Chrysler certified master technician. The man has never made a mistake on a car in the 40 years he’s been fixing them. Oh well. It's funny that after bringing multiple cars over the years here, the first time I bring in a coupon for a $10 inspection (that they sent me!) there is some weird glitch with my computer that makes my emissions fail. Had to pay the $10, was told to drive 50 miles and then come back and pay $11 for the re-inspection. I may be a woman, but I'm not an idiot when it comes to cars. It's pretty obvious they cleared my cars computer before hooking it up for the inspection- how else would ALL the data be gone when I haven't had any ... read more
5 Stars Arlington Auto and Tire replaced my rear brakes for over $100 less than what the dealer quoted me. The dealer also wanted me to replace my water pump which upon inspection by Moose and his crew did not need replacing. Great honest business. Thank you!
