We were in a real bind with a raining Memoriay Day, a tire that was victim of huge potholes on Pennsylvania highways, and not sure what we could do to get home to NW Connecticut. They were professional and courteous and had us on the road again safely in about 2 hours - and they were really busy! Very impressed and would definitely be a return customer.

Came in to get an inspection, Joe Z was at the counter and we were in and out in no time was very please with the service and how fast and efficient they were.
Took my car to Arlington tire and auto for two front tires. I had the pleasure of dealing with Joe Z @ the front desk. He told me it would take approximately an hour to get the two tires mounted and balanced. Was very pleased when he told me that my car was all set after 45 minutes. I was very impressed with their prompt service. I will definitely be a returning customer.
Took my car in for repair had to leave it and requested an estimate for repair the guy called me told me what my car needed said it would be 381 dollars all done well when i picked the car up the bull was 500 dollars and nobody knew anything about a phone call to me with an estimate of 381 dollars plus they decided I needed a new rear window wiper for an extra 25 dollars when i took the car in for a throttle body replacement they take you for all they can get will not be going back
Out of the blue, today I showed up and asked if I could get an oil change sometime today. They took me right away and I actually got to sit in my car while they were doing it. Never heard of that before, but it's great. I would recommend them to everyone. Great service. Special thanks to Jon, Joey, and Guielermo.
