Had my brakes done recently and Joey was amazingly helpful throughout the entire process. Every time I go there, the staff is always wonderful.
Chris provided excellent customer service, keeping me regularly informed on the status of incoming parts and the status of the repair throughout the process. Arlington provides top-notch service and the staff is always professional and considerate.
I had an appointment to have all my tires replaced and somehow I get there and they don’t have the tires in stock. So imagine my frustration since I’m riding around on a donut. Anyway I have to say that I ended up leaving happy. If it wasn’t for Courtney I never would have gone back. The place was busy and she’s dealing with a number of annoyed customers including myself and she still managed to remain confident and as helpful as she could be. Today's snow storm was no match for the tires a got at Arlington Tire!! I drive a Ford transit and was getting stuck on one inch of snow!! Now I just cruise down the road!! Thanks Moose and James!! You guys are the best!!
I was stranded at the train station and they came to my rescue. Had me up and running the next day! They all went the extra mile to help - even driving me and my kids to the hotel.
