Ozzie has Great Customer Service and I am truly grateful for that. However, I have some issues that need to be addressed about buying a car from AAG. I bought a 2012 Mitsubishi Galant with the correct milage and MPG. However ever since I have had the car, I had to replace the wiring harness for the driver’s door just so I can get in and out of my car. Today I had some issues with my axle and alignment. I bought a Cherokee Laredo on Mar 12, 2019, what ever they said on the MPG & mileage driven is not what it is and the car has some alignment issues..when I call back the response is like its your problem now,I really feel that the way they treat their customer after you walk of the door is UNFAIR.
