Came to visit a girlfriend who she and daughter live here. Its evident the manager or owner doesn't care about this complex. Trash in the yard, parking lot and the hallways smell like weed!
Great place well maintained property. The 1 star rating is wildly exaggerated.
I'm moving out. I'm so sick of scooping the loop. People drive up and down Grand and back down Locust all night for hours and hours grabbing their engines and acting like effing idiots. The police will not do a thing about it. I've called and given them license plates nothing, they act like I'm being an a-hole. And that they have much better things to do, like eat their donuts. The building is run down. It smells like pot which doesn't bother me so much. The carpet is disgusting. The windows leak. The AC comes in window unit... read more
This place is my first apartment at 18 and I love it. It may be small but the AC is amazing and it's comfortable!
