I had a 9:45am appointment for a haircut. At 10am, they told me they didn’t have a bowl available to wash my hair. When I said I needed to leave by 10:45 at the latest, they said they didn’t realize I was i a “time crunch” and asked if I could come back later that day. So I guess this place will only work if you’re cool spending hours after your appointment time waiting?
Worst haircut I have had in a very long time. I don't recommend Maddy at all . My hair was shoulder length ,now my hair butchered and so short I can't even get it fixed.
Maddie was my colorists and she is AMAZING! My blonde was absolutely impeccable!
When I entered Arlette’s for the first time, Madi was randomly assigned to cut my hair. Let me just say that this young lady did a fabulous job cutting my hair, based on my vision for a new hairstyle that I shared with her.
