I hope that when third year med students are choosing the Primary Care Physician option, they dream of being the kind of physician Dr. McCain is. Yes, she is certainly the best doctor I've ever had, but she is more than that - caring, loving, amazingly accessible, smart and, best of all, a prayer warrior! What a gift.
I’ve seen Dr. McCain for years, and now I’m also going to Sacred Paradise Aesthetics (SPA) at McCain Whole Health. I tried the sauna at SPA and I loved it. First, know that I do not seek out heat. I sweat a lot and I prefer to be cold than hot any day of the week. However, a sauna intrigued me because other people mentioned how great it was. So I gave it a try and now I want my own!
