What should have been a simple procedure turned into multiple hours long visits. Destroyed an entire side of my mouth, injured my gums and tongue multiple times, pushed for excessive work and then did that unnecessary work poorly at that. Looked more into her and found she has had 8, EIGHT, actions taken against her license. Most dentists never even have 1. I had used this office previously but due to insurance issues I had not been there for a year or two. When I resolved the insurance problems I called and made an appointment specifically telling them all my insurance information and was assured they accepted my insurance. I made an appointment and when I arrived I was told they didn't accept my insurance, I asked if they knew this before my arrival there was no response, I told them I would have appreciated a heads up before I drove out of my way to get there. Worst Dentist in Louisville. First she said she would help me and then wouldn't. When I asked for a referral for someone who would the receptionist was very rude. Do not waste your time.
