Dr. Nock honestly has been the one not to push medication on me and taught me to endure self love and healing within. She helped me cope with trauma and reassurance of self. She literally has helped me tremendously.

I have a very similar experience to the person also commenting. I lost years of my life because of this doctor overprescribing medications with serious side effects and risks. I've had other doctors assess the combinations of medications she has had me on, and one of them told me "I'm surprised you're not dead". Her actions should honestly face consequences, I'm not even sure if she's aware of the level at which she's taken from people. But, we are tired now. I wish I never met Arlene Nock; Four Winds PHP program cost me a decade. Nock prescribed me 4 drugs, including lots of Xanax & an old-school anti-psychotic. I trusted her and I was in so much pain that I was not a critical consumer. I quickly recognized the PHP program was pitiful; there was no 1:1 therapy, & most of the patients were on benzos, on Medicaid & professional patients.
