Disappointed When I 1st called I spoke to Diane & she was very unprofessional & rude, with no customer service skills whatsoever. She actually used the following phrases with me while on the phone, "Yup!" "Wait, wait, wait!" & "Hold on!" Once I went in to my appt & saw the doctor I was surprised to see she looks nothing like the picture she uses on her resume & on the internet, she is much older than that picture.
