Arlan claims to know how to cut a man's hair. After visiting him for the first time, I can say he delivers on his promise. He has a clear vision for your hair, and knows how to achieve it. He will get you in and out very fast, too.
This is a vary nice place to go. Arlan is a vary nice man you will have a wonderful experience.
