Our experience started out great with Arko. However, when they found out we were getting multiple quotes for a shed rebuild, they ghosted us. Lied and made excuses when we called and never returned our calls eventhough we said we wanted to work with them, but were getting another quote basically as a favor to a neighbor. Arko helped us after a hail storm - we didn't want to go with someone knocking on doors around the neighborhoods so we asked around for reputable contractors. We called Arko, they sent Nic out to talk to us and he helped us through the whole process and dealing with the insurance company. We are very happy with the results - they were professional and responded quickly to any questions we raised and changes we requested along the way.
