Arben is a consummate professional and a standout amongst his peers. We hired him as an architect for our deck and juliet balcony being done by another contractor. When that contractor screwed us over, Arben offered to step in and take over the full project. We were nervous, but we are so grateful we went with him for the project. We recently had Arkitonik add a small 2nd story addition to our home. Every part of the construction was laid out clearly from planning through completion and any concerns or questions we had along the way were addressed immediately and explained/taken care of. Arben was on site at least once or twice daily to check on progress and make sure his crew was following plans correctly. Arben and his team were a pleasure to work with! They helped our home with structural damage, removing walls & raising floor to level out, as well as a bathroom remodel. Arben was extremely detail oriented. When it came to picking out tile for the bathroom, he provided 3D renderings of what my bathroom would actually look like, allowing me to get the “full picture”.
