Very friendly, quick, and great work.
I've gone to AR Tire for 13+ yrs, they've always gone above and beyond. In fact, now my mother, my husband and my cousin go to them for their car needs.
I needed a trailer tire fixed. Stopped by two other places and the treated me like a big inconvenience. I pulled in here and they were responsive and courteous. Took care of me in a timely manner. Something to be said about an independent business. These are my people.
Transmission-related issue arose on the road ~1k miles from home - very grateful for hodges towing & recovery also - AT&AS worked with us to let us park our camper-truck attachment while our truck parts were ordered and worked on - a fairly difficult situation. They put extra guys on our issue by locating parts (Jasper drove them out very fast) so we could complete our trip. They didn't have to prioritize us - they were very professional and we are very happy to be back on the road.
Arkansas Tire & Auto Service has been my family’s go-to for almost 20 years, and for good reason. The owner, Darrel, is an amazing man who always works with me and my family to make sure we get the best service possible.
