I'm only giving 1 star because the system won't allow us to give a complaint. We gave Arkansas Storm Shelters a $999.00 down payment and we have sent several text messages, phone calls and emails asking them to refund our money and they keep giving us the run around. They keep harassing us by sending documents via email to sign but we've told them several times we're not signing them. They wouldn't even give us an appointment without a down payment then when we made the down payment they gave us an appointment 3 weeks out an... read more
