I bought 3 pallets of sod. Almost 10% of it was straw with very little soil that ended up in a dumpster. About 50% was good. The rest was somewhere in between. Never had problems like this with my Dallas sod supplier. I had a landscaping business there for close to 15 years. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone during normal business hours. When I call, it just rings & rings & rings.
Good communications on delivery. Driver helped with placing SOD where I needed it. Sod was in good shape even though weather was very hot.
