Admit when they shouldnt have installed a system and remove it b/c there is no consistent signal and standing on a ladder holding it in the air isn't going to help the homeowner feel secure now that they are stuck for what they thought was 2 years and now are told is even longer yet no one will follow up as usual. No customer service when their are issues, just for your happy customers.
